SERVICE & CONSERVANCY CHARGES
|
The monthly Service &
Conservancy Charges (S&CC) goes towards the maintenance
of the estates. Some of these services include:

Provision of essential maintenance and repairs
of lift, water pumps, switchrooms, lightings and
lift rescue services |
| • |
Conservancy and cleaning works |
| • |
Landscaping and horticultural works |
| • |
Preventive and cyclical maintenance works including
repainting and re-roofing |

Replacement of water pipes, replacement of automatic
refuse chute-flushing systems |

| MODES OF PAYMENT |
There are many ways you can pay your
S&CC:
1. By cash / NETS and all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners, JCB) at our offices.
2.
For Credit Card holders (AMEX, VISA/Mastercard or Diners), you may apply to have your monthly S&CC
charged to your card
3. By Cheque (to be made payable to "Marine
Parade Town Council")
4. Via 24-hour AXS Stations or Self-Automated Machines (SAM) located islandwide
5. By GIRO (application form can be obtained from
our offices or downloaded from this website). Should you use the bank application form from the bank website, please provide a "C" before the Town Council reference number.
6. Via Internet Banking
7. Via vPOST at www.vpost.com.sg (You may apply through Giro-on-demand)
8. Over the counter of Singapore Post Offices

| How INTERBANK GIRO Works |
You can settle your Marine
Parade Town Council monthly charges through the
Interbank Giro.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO:

Fill in the Interbank GIRO Form. |
| • |
Print the form by clicking on the form,
then click on File at the top of the browser
and select Print. For IE Browers, select "Only
the selected frame" in the Print Frames
option. |

Sign the form once you have printed it out. |
| • |
This form will instruct your bank to make
automatic deductions from your savings or
current account to settle your Marine Parade
Town Council monthly payment. |

Account No. is the same as your HDB Account No.
Return the completed form
and mail it back to:

Please maintain sufficient funds before 18th of
each month in the account to cover the full payment. |

GENERAL
INFORMATION
The average processing period for your application by
Marine Parade Town Council and the Banks is about 2 months.
Marine Parade Town Council will inform you of the commencement
date for the deduction. Please inform Marine Parade Town
Council and your Bank if you wish to terminate or change
your Interbank Giro Service.
