Geylang Serai "Keep Clean, Singapore!" 2019
The Joo Seng estates were made greener by the residents who participated in the tree planting activity at Block 15A Joo Seng Road on 4 August 2019 (Sunday). Professor Fatimah Lateef, MP for Marine Parade GRC, addressed the crowd on a Sunday morning to educate and explain the importance of doing their part for the environment. NEA also joined in on the event to conduct a dengue prevention sharing session. The day ended with an appreciation lunch for cleaners, to thank them for their hard work!
